My 1st Trip to Paris
While we were in Moscow enjoying breakfast, My then-boyfriend (now husband) found out I had never been to Paris. We really needed to get back to the States for a meeting he had but he paused for a few minutes and then said, “Lets leave now and spend two days in Paris. I want you to see the Eiffel Tower. I’ll bring you back to Paris to see everything else later.”
I just looked at him with a huge smile on my face and said, “Ok!”
So we packed our bags and took off on the next flight to Paris!
After checking and dropping off our bags we explored a bit before the sun went down, seeing the Arc and the Eiffel Tower. Those two were on my to-do list and that’s exactly what we did! Then we stopped by one of Yegor’s favorite places for tea. After exploring we went home, showered, and went off to dinner at Victoria Paris. I had dinner with beautiful views before, but there was something so enchanting about this view.
After dinner Yegor said, “Ok, you have now seen the Eiffel Tower, but you have yet to see her sparkle.” When we pulled up she started to twinkle and it was one of the most beautiful things I’ve seen in the night sky.
After visiting two beautiful and iconic monuments in Paris and enjoying tea at La Galerie we decided to head back to our hotel and get ready for dinner.
Here is a list of the most famous monuments in Paris for your bucket list: Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, Arc de Triomphe, Palais du Louvre, Sacré-Cœur, Opéra Garnier, Les Invalides, Centre Pompidou, and Palais du Luxembourg.
The next day we explored more streets, did some shopping and had sushi. Around 6pm we went back to our hotel to drop off our shopping bags and change for dinner. Every model knows about Hotel Costs, but I had never been. When Yegor told me that’s where we were going to have dinner I was pretty excited.
We only had two days in Paris, and today is day three – departure day. So we packed up our bags and decided to shop a bit and have lunch before our flight back to the US.
