Hidden Mosaic Garden Steps in San Francisco

If you love art and happen to be in San Francisco, you must see the Hidden Mosaic Garden Steps in San Francisco. This amazing art project is a tiled stairway covered with colorful artwork portraying butterflies, plants, the sun and the moon all in one design that flows together so beautifully.

Also, there are two staircases! One on Moraga between 15th & 16th, another one around the corner from there.

The 163 Hidden Garden Steps are rather tricky to find, it’s actual location is at 16th Ave. (the steps take you from Kirkham St. to Lawton St.), but if you have navigation I would recommend entering 1201 Kirkham St. to easily locate the base of the steps.

These set of steps are a bit more hidden than the 16th Avenue ones over on the Moraga side. These start off on Kirkham, but I am not sure how to get to these using navigation.
